Tenice Wehmeyer

Tenice Wehmeyer, PCC, PHR, a Senior Leadership Consultant with Executive Development Associates, is a leadership coach, speaker and trainer with over 20 years of human capital experience within a variety of industries and companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 100. She has held executive talent management and leadership development roles where she developed and managed programs for executive promotions, on-boarding, assessments, and coaching. Her human resources experience includes building, managing and transforming performance management practices.

Tenice’s expertise includes talent management, talent assessment and succession planning, transformational and organizational change management, leadership and career development, program design and facilitation, and coaching leaders at all levels, as well as individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Tenice has a long track record of success as an accomplished L&D leader in the design and deployment of global talent development programs, with a focus on executive, leadership, and high-potential development. Tenice’s research interests include brain-based leadership which led her to complete her masters research project on “Strategies to Improve Manager and Leader Capabilities through Disciplines of Neuroscience”.

Tenice holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership including an Evidenced Based Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor’s in Business and Human Resource Management from Capella University. She earned the designation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, as well as completed additional certifications and training in NLI Brain Based Conversation Skills, ABL Brain-based Leader, John Maxwell Team, Corporate Athlete, Hogan Assessments, Myers Briggs (MBTI), PDI 360, Assess Systems 360, and more to further enhance her capabilities as a leader in developing talent.
