Kelli Adams

Kelli Adams is the Vice President of Consulting Services for EDA’s sister company SurveySaurus, Inc. and Senior Leadership Development Consultant for EDA.  She is known by our clients as a trusted business partner, certified coach and strategic advisor with a passion for aligning people and strategy for business optimization. Kelli brings three key strengths to each opportunity: a demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with business leaders, extensive human resources and talent management experience, and a passion for helping others succeed through increased levels of performance.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, Kelli has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, high tech, non-profit, and government. Kelli’s most recent employment at a Fortune 500 and multi-year Best Company to Work For® oil and gas company provided her the experience of working in a fast-paced commodity-driven market where the competition for obtaining and retaining talent was fierce.

Kelli holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications. She received ICF certified coaching training at both the Center for Creative Leadership and Center for Executive Coaching. Kelli is a certified consultant for the Birkman Method®, a research-based personality and career assessment. She holds technical certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as both a Certified Professional and HR Generalist, the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and the Center for Executive Coaching as a Certified Executive Coach.

Kelli feels strongly about serving her community. She is an active board member for the Boys and Girls Club and the Community Market food bank, a mentor for the Women’s Energy Network, a Community Investment Volunteer for the United Way, a leader and volunteer at her local church, and a sustaining member and former board member of the Junior Service League.
