Kelli Adams is the Chief Operating Officer for EDA and our SurveySaurus platform leader. She is known by our clients as a trusted business partner, certified coach and strategic advisor with a passion for aligning people and strategy for business optimization. Kelli brings three key strengths to each opportunity: a demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with business leaders, extensive human resources and talent management experience, and a passion for helping others succeed through increased levels of performance.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, Kelli has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, high tech, non-profit, and government. Kelli holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications. She received ICF certified coaching training at both the Center for Creative Leadership and Center for Executive Coaching. Kelli is a certified consultant for the Birkman Method®, a research-based personality and career assessment. She holds technical certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as both a Certified Professional and HR Generalist, the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and the Center for Executive Coaching as a Certified Executive Coach.
Kelli feels strongly about serving her community. She is an active board member for the Boys and Girls Club, the Community Market food bank, and Legacy Parenting Center, serves as a leader and volunteer at her local church, and is a sustaining member and former board member of the Junior Service League.
