Joe’s corporate roles included Director of Services Sales Training at Dell, Performance Consultant at Perot Systems, Director of Business Development at Action Management Associates, Executive VP of Business Development at Right Management Consultants, and Region director for a global staffing company where he managed a 17-office, $30 million region.

Joe resides in Frisco, Texas and contributes to the professional community in Dallas as a Business Leadership Center Instructor at the SMU Cox School of Business. He is a Master Instructor in Problem Solving & Decision Making, a Certified Internal Lead Coach for the Sales Talent Predictor assessment and a Certified Situational Leadership Instructor. Clients have included AT&T, BNSF Railway, Texas Instruments, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Prior to his corporate experience, Joe spent five years in the non-profit sector as a writer and speaker. He earned a Bachelor of Ministry degree from Luther Rice Seminary & University.

Joe and his wife Dottie have been married for 34 years. When not helping a group of professionals, Joe enjoys traveling with his family, photography, cooking, writing, running, and fitness (his determined effort to hold off the aging process as long as he can).
