Jeff Elson is a Senior Leadership Consultant for Executive Development Associates. Jeff has 28 years of varied Human Resources experience for a single Fortune 100 company, most recently the Director of Human Resources for a significant business unit of the corporation. He directed a staff of 12-15 people that covered a wide breadth of human resources activities.
In his career, Jeff has extensive experience in managing human relations, compensation, staffing, communication, and employee development programs. He has demonstrated the ability to integrate the varied HR functions with a business and cultural vision that drives bottom line success.
As a leader, Jeff has shown a broad perspective and empathy in coaching and counseling employees and managers at all organizational levels, and has been considered a strong and trusted resource for individual and organizational problem-solving and development. Jeff is a valued partner in helping individuals understand their strengths and development needs, incorporate the perspectives of others, and help develop and manage a plan for leveraging strengths and addressing gaps where necessary.
Jeff earned his Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois and his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University.
