Carlos Marin

Carlos Marin has extensive national and international experience as an organizational, management, leadership development educator, consultant and executive coach. He has designed and implemented many programs targeted at aligning business strategies with organizational culture modifications.

Carlos’ practice has contributed to the leadership effectiveness of executives in many recognized organizations. A partial list of clients include: American Express, BellSouth, Bristol Meyers, CASA, Central lechera Asturiana, The Coca-Cola company, Ericsson, KFC, Kodak, Merck, Motorola, Northern Telecom, Panamerica Ogilvy & Mather, Telefonos del Noroeste (TELNOR), Texas Instruments, Texaco, and South Western Bell.

Carlos has extensive experience working with Latin American companies and in addition to being fluent in Spanish is conversationally fluent in Portuguese. Carlos represents Executive Development Associates in Latin America and Spain.

Former Chancellor of National University, of San Diego California, Carlos is one of the founders of the National University International Campus in San Jose, Costa Rica. From this position, he promoted and successfully installed a United States fully accredited Graduate Program in Business Administration (M.B.A.).

Carlos has a B.A. in Psychology and Biochemistry from Olivet College in Olivet Michigan and a Masters degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University. He has also completed Advanced Studies in Management and Organizational Development.
