Strategic Executive Development Workshop (SEDW)

SEDW is a powerful, 3-1/2 day workshop where you will learn how to create high-impact executive development systems and programs linked to your business strategy. Other content typically includes: real-time cases presented by senior executive development leaders from major corporations; benchmarking your practices against research on best practices; executive coaching; action learning; a mini-action learning project to create a custom-designed executive development strategy and program based on a real needs assessment, etc. SEDW is for people with less than 5 years experience in executive development and more experienced people who need a broad refresher.
