Assessments & Surveys

EDA offers the assessments below to be used as a part of individual or team development process, executive coaching or executive leadership development. EDA offers workshops targeting each assessment and can be customized for EDA clients for teambuilding or developmental purposes.

Assessments:
Assessments allow critical information to be uncovered in a non-threatening way and help to encourage educated, self-driven planning for the ongoing development and growth of individuals and teams.

Surveys:

360- Degree Feedback: Leadership Effectiveness Surveys
This survey allows for anonymous and controlled feedback on specific topics from individuals who work with the participant being assessed.  It can be custom created to fit any organization's needs or competencies.

360- Degree Feedback: Physician Leadership Effectiveness Survey
The Physician LES is tailored to the medical field.  It allows for anonymous and controlled feedback on specific topics from individuals who work with the participant being assessed.

Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Surveys
To "assess the organization" may refer to several different types of tools which include traditional needs assessments for training and development activities and cultural analysis.

Departmental Effectiveness Survey   

This survey focuses the assessment to a departmental or employee targeted survey.  Our consultants are experienced professionals in selecting the proper tool to use for uncovering the effectiveness of specific departmental areas.
