When more than 400 senior HR professionals were asked in a survey to name the most important skill their employees will need in the next five years, critical thinking ranked the highest – surpassing innovation or the application of information technology. Such a response reflects how the nature of work – and the skills required – have been changing dramatically.

This workshop takes something that can appear very abstract – Critical Thinking – and makes it insanely practical.  We teach critical thinking skills in a business context. Without solid critical thinking, our ability to think strategically, solve problems, make decisions, and implement plans will be inadequate at best or catastrophic at worst.

This workshop utilizes the Watson Glaser II Critical Thinking Appraisal online, which set the context for the kinds of skills that will be developed during the workshop.  During the workshop, the results of this assessment will allow you to tailor the learning to your developmental needs, building on your strengths.
