The Executive Development in China Program has the following goals:

  • Outline executive development needs for both Chinese nationals and western executives based in China
  • Facilitate networking with Chinese executive development resources (institutions, local resources, consultancies, coaches, professors, search professionals, etc.)
  • Expand participant’s network with other program participants- executive development professionals from The U.S. and Europe
  • Provide concrete ideas and example of how executive development programs can be created to include Chinese specific content
  • Provide exposure to Chinese society, culture, economy, and business practices
