As an experienced consultant, Tom partners with clients to benefit the individual as well as the organization in managing the employee life cycle. Skilled in Talent Management for selection, promotion, and retention, Tom’s collaborative efforts provide human capital solutions necessary to build benchstrength and increase the organization’s competitive advantage.
With over ten years of experience with multi-national consulting firms, Tom has extensive expertise in talent management planning, executive coaching and team building, succession planning, performance management, leadership training and development, management and executive assessment, and team and organizational survey design.

A native of Tulsa, Ok, Tom earned his B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma, and his M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the Northeastern State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
