Action Oriented Learning

We believe that executives learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process rather than passively listening to a parade of interesting speakers. In our custom-designs, we always look for ways for executives to learn experientially to ensure full engagement and to increase the speed of learning as well as retention of what is learned.

We have found that executives often learn the most when working on real business challenges so that there is immediate, practical application of what is learned to important business issues. Therefore, our designs often include Action Learning, i.e., teams working on current business opportunities or problems to both improve business performance and develop the participants.
