Scott Klososky
Biography:
Scott Klososky has been involved with building numerous successful organizations, including two that were sold for over $200 million in aggregate. His experience of building these operations from the ground up as the CEO is now being applied as he advises organizations of many different sizes in areas such as rehabilitating their overall strategies, implementing healthy cultures, teamwork improvement, and growing the intrapreneurial spirit of team members.
Skills include: Individual coaching, teamwork improvement, business strategy consulting, small and large group facilitation. Experienced in difficult problem resolution concerning either dysfunctional staffing issues, or difficult business strategy problems.

Occupational Highlights/Previous Experience:
- Used initial job out of high school as platform to go from delivery boy to division head of computer sales group, then purchased the division as a his own company. Eventually built to 12 store operation in three states
- Founder and CEO of Paragraph, Inc, a Soviet/US joint venture founded in 1988. Sold interest to investors in 1992. Half of the company was sold to Silicon Graphics in 1997, with the other half still expanding today (Parascript, Inc).
- Collaborated with HR Haldeman to publish his diaries as a bestseller (Putnam Publishing) and Sony Interactive in the release of a companion CD-ROM
- Founder and CEO of webcasts.com, an early producer of webcasted entertainment, corporate and governmental content on the Internet.
- Hired as a turnaround CEO for Critical Technologies, Inc, where he completely rebuilt the underlying products, team and brought the company to profitability.
