Biography
Susan Chesnut, a Senior Leadership Consultant for EDA, has over 15 years of experience in training, facilitation, and organizational development. Her experience in counseling and systems theory provides depth and breadth to her facilitation, coaching, and organizational consultation work. In the course of her career, Susan has facilitated a wide array of topics, ranging from conflict management and assertiveness training to coaching and leadership development for management teams. She has considerable experience in team development and guiding leadership teams through cultural change in both the corporate and non-profit arenas. Susan also works extensively with management and front line employees to develop personal skills that improve productivity, performance and career satisfaction.
