Scott Dannemiller
Biography:
Scott Dannemiller is a Senior Training Consultant for Character of Excellence, LLC. He has substantial experience in the training and organizational development field, including a unique focus on distance learning program design and implementation. Scott is a skilled instructor who consistently receives exceptional marks in the classroom and when teaching via distance learning technologies. He has facilitated courses on topics ranging from high-level data networking to building high performance teams. Always noted for his high-energy, humorous delivery, his ability to capture a group’s attention while facilitating learning has earned him the title “Enter-TRAIN-er.” Scott has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to small, non-profit groups. His desire to see organizations achieve success is ever-present in his personal approach to facilitation and instruction. Scott has a M.S. in Telecommunications Management (Combined MBA and EE curriculum), a B.A. in Mass Communication and is based in Austin, Texas.

E-Learning: Scott has had the opportunity to lead e-learning programs from idea to reality, participating in both the technical strategic design of the projects as well as curriculum design and delivery for employee audiences from 75 to 75,000 employees. In particular, Scott was responsible for leading MCI’s distance learning program and converting the company’s management and professional development curriculum to a distance learning format. The results of his work with several organizations has reduced capital expenses through distance learning as well as created new e-learning training products for revenue generation.
