Michelle Ewalt is a Senior Consultant with EDA. Her passion for coaching is reflected through her consulting, training and development, human resource, and athletic career. Her holistic approach in working with professionals and individuals focuses on all physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and dietary aspects of the developmental process. She thrives on creative implementation and customization to meet and exceed athletes’ and organization goals. “Dynamic leader” describes Michelle as she promotes a healthy lifestyle and practices her approach by setting an example for others to follow.
Motivational speaker and mentor - Michelle’s love for coaching is complimented with 10 years of human resource background. She thrives on implementing strategic programs within an organization, with a specialization of training and mentoring hi-tech professionals. Michelle’s customer relationship management skills drove success as she managed a comprehensive Motorola college-recruiting program to encompass 27 schools nationwide. Her dynamic approach resulted in an 85% student offer accept rate.

Her forte includes competition-level tennis and collegiate training and competition for the Purdue University crew team. Through mentorship and healthy emotional motivation Michelle continues to coach breast cancer survivors for the purpose of training participants for triathlons. Michelle draws from a wealth of experience to serve individuals by coordinating with athletes to achieve competitive training targets during year round practices, regattas, and team competition.
