Kayla Siegman
Biography:
Kayla Siegman serves as the Director of Client Services for EDA. She successfully manages projects, consultants and events and is the “face” of EDA for clients both small and large. Her passion for excellence drives her desire to create a 5-star experience for EDA’s clients and consultants.
For over 5 years, Kayla played an instrumental role in the success of Character of Excellence, the boutique consulting firm founded by Bonnie Hagemann, which acquired Executive Development Associates (EDA) in 2007. During her time with Character of Excellence, Kayla was the primary financial manager and implemented numerous financial and other administrative procedures. Working closely with Character of Excellence consultants and potential clients, Kayla also managed the sales proposal writing process. Character of Excellence experienced an average growth rate of 78% and, through this growth, Kayla played an important role in the transition of responsibilities to support the rapid change experienced by both the organization and its people.
Prior to her role within Character of Excellence and Executive Development Associates, Kayla worked for a large financial printing company in Dallas, Texas. She was actively involved in the management, planning, printing and distribution of financial documents for publicly held companies and worked closely with the attorneys and financial officers representing each company.
Kayla has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She is currently working on a Masters of Education in Adult Education and Training from the University of Central Oklahoma.
