Jill Hudson
Biography:
Jill Hudson is a Senior Human Resource Consultant for EDA. She has over 20 years of professional human resource experience at the manager, director, and vice president levels in public, private, and professional service environments. In addition, she is a senior faculty member and Lead Faculty for the University of Phoenix, Oklahoma City campus, and serves as an online instructor in the University’s MBA program based in the Netherlands. Jill is also a certified mediator and has served as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Skills Include: Strategic planning, organizational design, legal compliance, benefits design and administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, meeting facilitator, and public speaker. Also skilled in leading team/leadership development for organizations using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument.
