Jennifer Sedlock

Biography:

Jennifer Rousseau Sedlock is a Senior Organization Development Consultant for EDA, Author and Keynote Speaker. She has over 16 years experience in training, facilitating and motivating individuals and organizations.  As a business owner for nearly 10 years, Jennifer has served over 60 organizations in Leadership, Communication and Teamwork.

Jennifer’s mission is to enhance the skills, knowledge and success of individuals both personally and professionally. Her career passion and vision is to inspire, educate and empower individuals, teams and organizations to visualize, define, plan and achieve desired goals and dreams at work and in life.

Skills include: recruiting, training, goal setting, project management, teambuilding, projection planning, continuing education, appraising, and promoting. Special projects included creating and writing training presentations, diagnosing individuals’ needs and generating development plans for each individual, instructing group new hire programs, continuing instruction and follow-up in formal monthly setting and daily “in the moment” training throughout the US and Canada.
