Eunice Jenkins

Biography:

Eunice Jenkins is an Organizational Development Specialist for EDA.  Her expertise is in the selection, development, and retention of employees in order to build high performance teams and organizations.  She has consulted with both internal and external clients to help them integrate their human resource (HR) strategies and streamline their selection and developmental processes.  On an individual level, Eunice has also assisted people in achieving their potential through feedback and focused developmental planning and techniques.

Key Skills Include:

  • Coaching and Individual Development:  Provided one-on-one feedback of assessment results to individuals and guided them through formulating a developmental plan. 
  • Team Facilitation:  Facilitated numerous team building workshops designed to promote a greater awareness of individual differences and enhance team efficiency in the areas of communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
  • Systems Development:  Developed and integrated selection systems, development systems, 360o feedback systems, and performance management systems which aid organizations in long-term and company-wide management of their human capital.
  • Selection Recommendations:  Assessed individuals using a variety of personality and intellectual tools to determine job and culture fit and to predict on-the-job performance.

  • Business Owner - owned and operated a private, start-up company in the medical cosmetic industry for three years.  Company grew an average of 75% each year with the final year’s revenues of $2 million.
  • Technical Recruiter - Interviewed candidates to assess strengths and opportunities and made recommendations for job placement. 
  • School District Assessment Specialist – Assessed children and adolescents for learning disabilities and recommended appropriate level of services and assistance.
