Annette Klososky provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company functions.
Klososky is well suited to successfully position the organization in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment with her experience of building and growing a business from the ground up. Klososky was the first franchise owner for EWF International® and in less than 12 months built a solid, successful peer advisory network business with its members representing companies with over 40,000 employees and $23 billion in total annual revenues. Her franchise was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine (March 2005).
Klososky has an unique blend of entreprenuerism and leadership development expertise. She has 17 years of experience working to influence change within organizations today. Klososky also founded and served as Managing Partner for an executive leadership and development consulting agency.
As a consultant, she has expertise in all facets of organizational development and executive coaching and focuses on aligning the strategic direction of the organization to the strategic development of its people. She has an ability diagnose the issues within an organization, align the people and processes and help initiate the execution needed to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
